By accessing and using GenerateSignature.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenerateSignature.io provides online tools for creating handwritten-style digital signatures and professional HTML email signatures. The Service includes free features and optional paid premium features.

3. Free and Paid Features

Free Features:

  • 4 free handwritten signature styles
  • PNG and SVG download with transparent background
  • Email signature builder with all templates (free tier)
  • Unlimited signature creation (client-side)

Paid Features:

  • 71 premium handwritten signature styles
  • Email signature saving and management
  • Additional email signature slots

All paid features are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at support@generatesignature.io and we will resolve it.

5. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must provide a valid email address
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting support

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create signatures to impersonate another person
  • Attempt to forge or falsify documents using generated signatures
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
  • Overload the Service with automated requests
  • Resell or redistribute premium fonts or signature styles

7. Intellectual Property

Your Signatures: Signatures you create are yours. We claim no ownership over signatures generated using our tools.

Our Service: The GenerateSignature.io website, branding, design, code, and premium font files are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Font Licenses: Free fonts are sourced from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Premium fonts are licensed for personal and commercial use in signatures only. Redistribution of font files is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that signatures created with our tools will be accepted as legally binding in any jurisdiction. For legally binding documents, consult a legal professional or use certified e-signature services.

9. Limitation of Liability

GenerateSignature.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon account deletion, your saved data will be permanently removed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
